They're already looting in Houston.
My brother-in-law is an HPD officer whose beat is the overnight shift in perhaps the worst neighborhood in Houston. We fear for his safety all the time as it is. Now . . . well, I don't envy his position.

Sounds like there wasn't any real looting to speak of, just a few isolated incidents. Hopefully it will stay that way

I think it will. As Houston was largely spared Rita's wrath, I imagine there's not much widespread damage and power outages that are the ideal scenarios for looters.
I just thought it strange (and sad) that a few fellows wanted to get a jump on the thievery.

You have more class than this.
Let's hope any instances of looting are isolated events.
