Brandi and I just saw Fireproof again with a couple of couples from our Lifegroup. Wow! I absolutely love that movie. It was just as good the second time.
Another cool thing: the movie was made by a Baptist Church but they offer an entire section of Catholic Resources on their official website. I love it when the fresh winds of ecumenism blow through our Christian faith.

We just watched it - can't say that we share your enthusiasm for it. I asked Katie what she thought, and all she could say was "well, at least it had a good message." I gotta give props to Kirk for showing actual anger in a Christian film - I don't know if I have ever seen that before. Next flick they do, I hope they spring for some decent background music. When you bust out laughing during the tense action scenes because the music playing the background sounds like it is straight out of a 1920's silent flick, something has to change :)
Facing the Giants makes me shudder. Well, at least it was better than the Left Behind movie :)
I agree completely. It was just as good the second time. And very cool about the Catholic resources! Must be a neat church.
