Dude, even your post could benefit from this new technology.
Imagine how much "awesomer" Proverbs 15:18 would be if it read:
“A hot-tempered man stirs up dissension, but a patient man (with Hulk hands) calms a quarrel."
Boo-ya!
Oh, man. LOL!!!!
That's awesome.
Or perhaps the Hulk Hands could be used to illustrate the hot tempered man...
"A hot-tempered man (smash person sitting in the front row in the face with Hulk Hands Here) stirs up dissension, but a patient man who is not a big green monster calms a quarrel."
My favorite line:
"This is so out-of-the-box, even though it comes in a box."
That's still making me laugh out loud.
My pastor really needs to get with the program! Thanks for the best laugh I've had in at least a couple of days!
Shrode, that line got me, too.
The other one I liked was "I'm exegetically aroused already."
Now, that's some inspiration.
"I'm exegetically aroused already."
I didn't just lol on that one, I LOLed!!!
Seriously, Jared - this is absolutely brilliant!
Jared,
I watched a few more of your vimeos - and I gotta tell you, I was so impressed with the piano recital.
Two things I noticed: one - Macy has incredible rhythm. She's like a metronome. Take it from me - that is the building block of a good musician. People are blessed in different ways musically, and I've known many musicians, but almost all of the really good ones had a strong, solid rhythmic sense. She's got it.
I was also completely impressed with how she played that last song pretty much without looking at the keys. She's got a real feel for music. I hope she keeps at it, because I think she's going to be amazing one day.
I second that about Macy. And trust me, few people can spot genuine talent as Bill can. You have such a great family.
OK Jared, I have to know...
Why in a house of two girls do you actually own a pair of Hulk Hands?
You bought them for yourself, didn't you? Admit it.
Well, I've wanted some for a while now, and the girls do enjoy playing with them in the stores. But I actually bought them just the day of this video for my Halloween costume this year.
Our Element costume party is Saturday, and I'm going as the Hulk. I've got this sweet inflatable Hulk costume too.
Maybe I'll post a pic of me all decked out (if it won't inspire a rash of comments from the Christian Halloween police).
Remember when Macy was really little and she saw those hands in a store and asked "Where's Thumbkin". I guess they were Hulk hands, have they been around that long?
I think it's probably because of the first Hulk move that came out with Bana. These are out because of the new Hulk movie.
This is so AWESOME, I'm not even all "HULK SMASHING" mad at you for superceding my post by like 3 minutes.
My one year old son, (Named Jared!) Sat here on my lap and watched this with me...
and laughed his head off like it was the funniest thing he'd ever seen. And you know, since he's one, it might actually be true...
