"People have fallen into a foolish habit of speaking of orthodoxy as something heavy, humdrum, and safe. There never was anything so perilous or so exciting as orthodoxy."

- G.K. Chesterton
Benny Hinn's a Rock Star

I'll take nominations for a better title. But you'll have to watch the video first...

Um....Uh....
I'm unnerved, to say the least. I mean....wow.

Seriously... this is just sort of creepy...

I'm afraid of him. I don't want to hit the floor.

Creepy, yes. But welcome to the Pentecostal movement. Thx for the vid, though. I'll keep it handy for the next time someone asks, "Why'd you leave Pentecostalism?"

Now, that's not fair to Pentecostals; Hinn's representative of part of that movement, but not of all of it by any means.

7. Knight's Disciple - 02/02/2008 7:31 am CST

He's definitely not part of that movement. Frankly, and people can snipe at me for this, after watching that a second time, I'm wondering how much God was really involved, at all, in that video.
Which, in my mind, means some of those people have perhaps opened themselves to something worse...I don't know, but I do know what that looks like. And I'm a Christian, going to an Assemblies of God church. Imagine what the unsaved might think?

wow. That opening shot- wow.
