I bumped into Thinkling-friend Fred ("Thundergeek") on the way to the bus today, so we rode together. We had a great conversation, running the gamut of topics from church-discipline to software development. I showed him a little of Bloo on my laptop, we talked about OpenSource software, etc. In other words, we had a bit of a geek-fest, converting our humble Metro bus into an adhoc venue for a MiniMoot.
It was cool

what was your omnipresent narrator saying while you were geeking with Thundergeek? :)
De, you're clearly a mootaholic.
The good news, however, is that the best therapy is meeting with others with the same problem in a small group setting to talk, eat, and possibly smoke cigars.
TB: Actually, we're way beyond that topic. We mastered it at dinner moot or Java House moot or some other moot; I'm not really sure.
Glenn: We were unable to hear De's narrator because my theme music was too loud.
Alan: We did talk alot and we smoked a couple of cigars, but we were unable to eat. They made us put out the grill.
And I'd just finished marinating my steak too.
Fred still was able to enjoy a snifter of port, as we discussed how evil Thor is.
Speaking of evil, it's amazing how sinister Fred looks while enjoying a snifter of port.
My narrator? He was pretty much saying [Heh, this is cool, De and Fred are Mooting]. I finally muted him.
geeks on a bus...Now I've heard it all!
At least you didn't discuss the values of Mediate Theology. Or maybe you did?
