- Dallas Willard
Our oldest turns 8 today. Time has flown. Seems like just yesterday she was toddling around the house, chattering to "Memo" (Elmo) on her playphone. Now she's writing "novels" and original musical compositions.
Our little beauty's growing up.
Macy 5 years or so ago, about the time I started blogging:
Macy this year:
Happy Birthday, baby girl.

Happy Birthday, Macy!
Also, Jared - I hate to break it to you, but it's been SIX years (Feb 2003).
Btw, I looked at Challies. You're excellent "10 people a pastor should fear" post is referenced, but he made a comment that it was primarily an "entertainment" post. Is a point being missed?
Back to Macy - like her daddy, she's smart as a whip. I also remember being totally impressed with her piano recital video from last year. Is she still playing?
Yeah, I don't know why Challies made that "entertainment" remark. I mean, there's some humor in the post, so maybe that's all he meant: it wasn't a totally serious "pastoral helps" piece.
Someone else emailed me about the same thing and somebody commented on that remark at his post. So it's raised eyebrows. :-)
Look out, Jared. You're gettin' old. :)
My oldest daughter turns EIGHTEEN in a couple of weeks. That still just doesn't compute.
She's graduating high school in two weeks too.
And let's not even mention that I have one poised to turn 20 at the end of the summer.
If Jared's old, I'm Skeletor

Hey Jared, You're on Challies!
PS Your daughter is a doll.
