Finally, a full blown Lost trailer with new clips and new clues as to what is going to happen in the upcoming season.
"Some will leave the island"
"Some will not"
"We have to go back, Kate. We have to go back!"
I'm giddy. I'm so giddy.
**UPDATE**
Quaid's "hype" trailer:
- C.S. Lewis

Seriously!
I just watched it again (for the fifth time) and came over here. Lo and behold you post about LOST!
DID YOU SEE CHARLIE AT THE END!!!!???!!! That's a negative of Charlie, right?
There's a web site that I need to find again that does screen shots of episodes and probably has screen shots of the myriad scenes that are frame by frame here.
You may be talking about Lost Easter Eggs:

I just realized . . . The trailer I saw and the trailer you posted are two different trailers. Here's the link for the one I'm talking about - maybe you can update the post and add it:

Watch this, dude. (your trailer is more informative, the one I linked is a bit more hype)
The blip at the end says Lost starts in 2008 but E! reports that they are starting early - on Jan 31!
Got ahead of myself. Should have read
The blip at the end says Lost starts in 2008 and I believe it was going to be April but E! reports that they are starting early - on Jan 31!
That was just freakin' amazing!!! I'm so psyched for Lost. I've pretty much given up all other TV but Lost will stay on.
Well - it will stay on for a while.
The rumor I've heard is that they only have eight episodes completed, which is only half their season. If this is true, they will only have enough episodes through the middle of March. Then it's more game show/reality show time.
Either Cuse or Lindelof (can't remember which) was quoted in an article yesterday, concerning the writer's strike, that the strike needed to be resolved by end of January in order to even "salvage" this TV season. In context, it sounded like most TV series wouldn't be able to complete their whole season, but just wrap up some plotlines. If this is true, we might be only looking at 12 episodes, or so.
(I wonder if they will make Season Five 20 eps if that's the case)
What's worse is that the WGA and their opponents are even more upset now with each other than they were when the whole strike began. This means that them making a deal extremely unlikely before end of 2007.
It looks like the original "hype" link is broken.
Here's another:

Charlie appears at the 23 second mark in the "hype" video. He is in normal view, and then in negative. It is quite possible that he is appearing as a manifestation of the Island to Hurley.
It's like an early Christmas present!!
