"The most important aspect of Christianity is not the work we do, but the relationship we maintain and the surrounding influence and qualities produced by that relationship. That is all God asks us to give our attention to, and it is the one thing that is continually under attack. "

- Oswald Chambers, My Utmost For His Highest
Single Socks

At our house, we are running a ministry to single socks. While doing laundry, we had 16 different mateless socks laid out.

Single people are important and useful to God. "It is good for a man not to marry" (I Cor. 7:1).

Single socks? Not so much. They need mates.

Who says the socks have to match?

My wife's math teacher in junior high would wear different socks on each foot; he said they both had their own personalities.

only 16 singles?.......I'm impressed, and jealous.

Your laundry is a rock of marital stability compared to my house.

You should introduce the socks to each other. A single mingle you never know someone might want to cling to the other. I end up with lots of single socks. Not all of them beling to this house. I may have a remove one sock and leave it on the floor sign in here.
