Grace (4): Dad, look. My monkey can hang upside down like Snook the Sloff.
Me: Snook the what?
Grace: The sloff.
Me: Snook the Sloth.
Grace: What?
Me: Slah-thuh.
Grace: It's not slah-thuh. It's sloff.
Me (waving my fingers): What are these?
Grace: Thingers.
Me: Thingers? No, fingers.
Grace (laughing): Fingers? That's not even a word!

Andrew we have four with five on the way...
You have a lot of work ahead of you.
One tip...marriage is a good first step.
:-)
Jared: Priceless!
Andrew: Your parents will be great grandparents!
Too cute!!
My Andrew not only has a lithp - but he's mithing hith two front teeth at the moment. I've got to get him to sing that Chrithmuth thong...
(thong?!)
Ah, that reminds me. I've got to start my shopping for Beck soon . . .
:-p
My oldest does this too; at least, it sounds like she does. She goes to the baffroom often.
Way too cute.
My nephew calls chocolate milk schlockette (that's what it sounds like) milk.
I can't wait until Jesse starts talking. So far all we're getting is Mamamamamama, Dadadadadada, and a lot of grunting and screaming.
Doesn't a thong usually come in pairs so you can put one on each foot? Oh, wait, those are called flip-flops now.
Boy that brings back memories. My second child had the hardest time with "f" and "th". She couldn't get the pronunciation right until I broke it down to "bite your lip words" (when you say f you bite your lip) and "lick your teeth words".
Lisping is not involved - but I love hearing my littlest try to say Michael Buble' - it's always Blue-blay. That and I melt when Joshie says Pistachio. I can't begin to tell you how he says it - but it's adorable!
I'm going to have so many kids.
