"Membership in the family of God is neither inconsequential or something to be casually ignored. The church is God's agenda for the world. Jesus said, "I will build my church, and all the powers of hell will not conquer it." The church is indestructable and will exist for eternity. It will outlive this universe, and so will your role in it."

The 2010 Thinklings Theme Contest . . .

. . . is now over.

It was an epic fail, as we got no submissions, so I guess we shall remain palm pilot circa 2001.

What about going retro with the original banner?

2. Bird - 05/15/2010 8:16 pm CDT

Or editing that Palm Pilot out the picture?

If I can get some time I'll probably try some free-stylin on the theme myself, to see if I can come up with anything good.

Just photoshop an iPhone in place of the Palm Pilot and you're good.

Just decided I'd pop in... :)

If it's any consolation, I never noticed the palm pilot until you brought it up.

Epic fail nothin...

It just means that the one we have now is such a great success that no one wants to change it.

(I'm guessing the reality is that people are too busy twittering to bother being our tech monkeys. Sigh.) :gwah:

I miss the seven samurai.

I agree with Jared.

Let's go back to the seven samurai. That's timeless. No Palm Pilots or any other technology that could get outdated in that one. And swords never go out of style.

I love the light blue - what a throwback.

I know I'm not a spoke in the Thinklings wheel, but maybe you could cycle through the old looks each month and extend the contest through the Summer, or something.

(When school lets out, you might get more submissions)
