I just watched the lighting of the Olympic Torch in Beijing.
Ok, that was one of the coolest things I have ever seen.

Did you see the 4X100 men's relay tonight?
Holy shamoleans. That was incredible.
I watched the replay five times - I couldn't believe it.
So cool.

I was pretty impressed by the ceremony, overall. I don't know how Britain will top that. (They're hosting in 2012, right?)
It's sad that a country with so much creativity, ingenuity and power is in such a sad state of affairs. Hopefully the rise of the Church there will put a new face on China down the road.
