Agreed. Ginn is the kind of guy you take (but not at #9) as the final piece to a team that's ready to contend for the Super Bowl, not the cornerstone of a rebuilding effort.

I don't really think so. He wasn't a good coach at Dallas the last few years. Maybe he just got worn out, especially with having to deal with TO and all that.
I think he's one of those guys who has a workable philosophy that depends on having players suited to his system. I'm not sure how it will work out with him managing personnel, but not actually implementing his system as a coach. Maybe he will pick a coach who is "his" guy.
I don't really see him having big success, as the roster turnover will take 2-3 years and it will take at least a year or two after that to see if the coaching and roster changes have worked. I don't think he'll stay around that long.
