Yipes.

I was looking through my blockbuster.com queue, and checking new releases, and just for (morbid) curiousity, I clicked on the new movie "Aliens V. Predator: Requium" to see what people were saying about it. I came across this comment from a viewer, and yipes. It's probably scarier than the actual movie.

this movie is off the hook i will want to see it AGAIN!!!!!! only not for children UNDER the age of 5 for male and female under 3

So apparently it's OK for a 4 year old girl to see this movie, but a boy would have to wait until he's at least 6 to see this r-rated gore-fest?

If they ever start issuing parenting licenses, this guy shouldn't get one. :gyikes:

It may be even more disturbing that this guy raved about this film - worst reviewed film of '07..........

I can't stand it when I go into a film that is obviously for more mature viewers, such as Juno, which I recently saw, and there's a five year-old kid sitting in the theater.

What's worse, I saw a younger child when I went to see "No Country For Old Men".

What are these people thinking? Alvin and the Chipmunks is playing right next door. Enchanted is next to that one. There are places they can go. But selfishness overrules the mental/emotional well-being of their OWN CHILD.

Stupid Parent: Grow up, get a sitter or give your child up for adoption. But stop warping your kid's mind by allowing him to watch people get murdered or cuss about secks.

Yeah, the four-year-old I saw at Fellowship of the Ring kind of blew my mind that way, too.
